Kinship Creative LLC (“Kinship Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a creative studio based in Ventura, California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information when you visit www.kinship-creative.com, contact us through the website, or subscribe to our email communications.

Information You Provide
We collect information you choose to provide when you complete a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, communicate with us, or use a website form to request a resource.
Depending on the form or communication, this may include your name, email address, phone number, business or website information, project details, and the contents of your messages.
Newsletter subscriptions are optional. Submitting a contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. You must separately choose to subscribe, including through the optional subscription choice on our contact form.
We do not currently accept payments directly through this website. Project payments are handled separately through the payment services or methods arranged with clients.

Our website is hosted by Wix and has Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel enabled. These services may automatically collect technical and website-activity information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Inquiries may be delivered to and accessed through our email, phone notifications, and the Wix app. We may copy relevant inquiry details into ClickUp or Google Sheets for follow-up and business management.
Within Kinship Creative, inquiry and client information is accessed by the owner. Third-party providers may process information as needed to operate their services, under their applicable agreements and policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address legal claims, protect rights, or respond to security concerns.
Cookies, Analytics, and Meta Tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels and similar technologies can record website visits and interactions.
Our website uses Wix functionality and has the following tracking integrations enabled:

Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or “DNT” setting. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to legacy DNT signals, the Site does not respond to all DNT signals automatically.
